Director of Research
Dr. Amon Sabasaba is the Director of Research and Operations at HPON. He is a medical doctor with advanced training in epidemiology and applied biostatistics, He has more than 8 years experience conducting research and public health consultancies including Monitoring and Evaluation of health projects. He has vast experience in designing and conducting epidemiological studies, data management and M&E. At HPON, he oversees all the office operations and provides day-to-day leadership for the research portfolio, leading the scientific and administrative team; technical guidance on all research activities ensuring effective implementation of programs and research activities while adhering to the approved protocols.
Research Coordinator
Miss Lisa Richard is the research coordinator at HPON. Miss Richard has a background in Environmental Engineering with advanced training on Project Management Monitoring and Evaluation in Health. She has more than 5 years experience in working and managing donor funded projects, at HPON she is responsible for coordinating and administering research study associated activities.
Implementation Manager
Miss Agatha Mnyipembe is the Implementation manager at HPON. Miss Mnyipembe has more than 7 years experience in conducting research related work which includes designing interventions using Human-Centered Design approach. Among other things she likes getting to hear peoples' stories and understand their different situations while doing in-depth interviews on qualitative research works.working and managing implementation of donor funded projects.Her main tasks at HPON includes overseeing study implementations and supervising field research staff.
Finance & Administration
Miss. Julieth Godfrey is the finance and administrator officer, graduate with masters in business administration. She has been with HPON for six years now, her tasks include managing all administrative activities and financial matters to all projects run by the organization. Julieth love to see H-PON be one of the greatest NGOs in Tanzania.
Human Resource
Mr Erick Goodluck is the Human Resources & Operations officer at HPON. Mr Erick has a strong background in International Relations and Strategic Human Resources background. He has 4 years experience of working with NGO on administration and in managing donor funded projects. His role at HPON is hiring and managing Human Resources and ensuring organization's legal compliance in all aspects.
